Understanding Our Refund & Credit Policy

At AurHaus AAU, we are dedicated to providing athletes with a competitive, fun, and well-structured environment. To ensure a high-quality experience, we invest in professional coaching staff, secure top-tier facilities, and organize events with the highest level of preparation.

When you register for an AurHaus AAU league, tournament, event, or training program (each referred to as a “Program”), your registration represents a commitment from both parties—your participation and our promise to deliver an outstanding experience. Due to the upfront costs involved in planning and executing our programs.

AURHAUS AAU REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

By registering for an AurHaus AAU Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

All registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations, personal scheduling conflicts, injuries, or absences.

2. Event Cancellation

If AurHaus AAU cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, facility closures, or other external factors, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, AurHaus AAU may, at its sole discretion, offer full or partial credit for a future program.

3. Missed Games or Practices

No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed games, practices, or sessions due to personal conflicts, injuries, or absences. However, in certain cases, we may consider offering credit toward a future program on a case-by-case basis.

4. Registration Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable. Once an athlete is registered for a specific program, their registration cannot be transferred to another individual.

5. Special Considerations

While refunds are not provided, in exceptional circumstances—such as a serious medical condition or family emergency—a partial or full credit may be considered. Requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation, and approval is at the sole discretion of AurHaus AAU.

6. Program Insurance Recommendation

We highly recommend purchasing sports event insurance to protect your registration in case of unforeseen situations, such as injuries, illnesses, or personal emergencies. AurHaus AAU does not provide cancellation insurance, but athletes can explore third-party options for additional protection.

7. Acknowledgment

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund & Credit Policy.
